It is home to the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and four research institutes including The Sainsbury Laboratory, the John Innes Centre, the Earlham Institute and the Quadram Institute. These institutions work alongside a community of over 40 high-growth businesses, managed by Anglia Innovation Partnership the company charged with responsibility for placemaking, a campus-wide enterprise strategy and ambitious plans to attract investment and grow the park from 100,000 sq ft to over 1m sqft creating a successful research-based ecosystem able to deliver societal benefit including through commercialisation activity and new industry links.
Research at the campus focuses on tackling global challenges such as food security, human disease and climate change with research topics including plant science, genomics, food and health research, medical research, climate research and computational biology.
AIP LLP aims to raise awareness of the opportunities at the research campus including the specialist facilities, services and tech platforms available for researchers and companies to access.
